Regional Human Resources Manager (HRD/ OD), Regional L&D Manager (Learning & Development)

 

Salary: 100-120K

 

Location: Lumpini, Bangkok

 

Responsibilities:

Accountable for developing and implementing regional HR development & change programmes in consistent with the corporate organization’s design. Provide human resources services across the region by assessing needs and develop, recommend and support in implementing programs and policies.

 

  • Set objectives and standards to ensure effective HR operations that will attract, engage and develop employees overall
  • Provide guidance and consult on HR activities related to organizational issues, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training & development, employee’s communication, employee relations and corporate social responsibility
  • Focus on developing the BAP talent pipeline to better meet organization’s longer term business and talent needs. Provide training opportunities to enhance those skills, and boost employees’ satisfaction with their jobs and working conditions.
  • Execute and support the corporate development programmes that help client meet business plan objectives, incorporating knowledge of multiple social, cultural and business environments
  • Identify issues and trends beyond scope or HR discipline; participates in strategic research using internal and external benchmark data to ensure efficiency and effective HR programs at all levels
  • Apply seasoned use of project management tools to surface and work problems, developing contingencies for unexpected outcomes
  • Actively seek out resources in and beyond discipline; coordinates interactions to build solutions
  • Influence through advocacy and selling techniques. Solicit and shape client behavior. Develop communications for function-wide delivery. Create teams or projects of specialists (external or internal)
  • Lead major reward & reorganization effort, including design and implementation. Secures resources as needed.
  • Looks for root causes and identifies systematic improvements. Acts as an expert resource to peers or others in function.
  • Assist in other projects as assigned

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  

  • Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Social Science, Political Science, major in Organisation Development is advantage
  • Minimum 3-5 years direct experience in HRD or OD with human resources management background accompanied with experiences at managerial level of multi-national organization
  • Dynamic and calm
  • Ability to learn new things and cope with more responsibilities
  • Proficient in managing and leading projects
  • Strong communication, analytical, inter-personal & good leadership skills
  • Systematic and process orientated
  • Proficiency in English i.e. reading, writing and speaking
  • Multi - cultural skills
  • Ability to travel in regional countries 30-40% a year
  • Computer literate
